Features:
The extruding device in this machine is equipped with a variable frequency motor that is capable of rotating the screw in accordance with the blowing process. The screw, with a high slenderness ratio, is capable of processing various kinds of materials and has a strong plasticizing ability, resulting in high production with low energy consumption. Additionally, the barrel of this device is equipped with a resistance heater controlled by a computer, allowing for quick, stable, and even heating.
This machine has the ability to blow products with a view strip line or double layers due to the installation of a different head in a combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines. In order to achieve this, the mould clamping device adopts vertical compression, three pilot posts, big beam arms, and linear guiders, which allows for quick and stable movement of the mould.
The hydraulic oil loop of this machine has been improved, resulting in power-saving, rapid, and stable operation. Additionally, the installation and maintenance of hydraulic elements is convenient due to the presence of a removable and mobilizable oil tank. The entire machine is controlled by a computer, and the hydraulic system adopts double proportional control, making this machine reliable and highly automated.
There are three operation modes available for this machine – “Manual”, “Semi Auto”, and “Full Auto”. Furthermore, the safety door of this machine is equipped with both electric and mechanical safety devices. This ensures that there is no mould closing when the safety door opens, making the operation safe and reliable. Lastly, this machine has two blowing functions – straight cutting and oblique cutting.
